Retirement Plan Specialist 70k-90k

• Serve as a liaison between the Retirement Sales Consultants and our clients
• Assist Retirement Consultants with proposal generation for qualified plans coordinating with the sales desks of our product sponsor’s
• Respond to inbound inquiries from our advisors around the technical aspects of employer sponsored plans
• Work alongside the Retirement Plan Consultants in outbound efforts for various campaigns
• Maintain the current marketing collateral for our advisors that we make available along with sourcing new value add content from our product sponsors
• Experience and Knowledge in ADP/ACP testing, 5500’s, explaining testing results to clients
• Actively participate in industry conferences and seminars to remain current with retirement plan industry trends and provide insights to advisors
• Productively work together and collaborate with other home office departments

What You Need To Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 + years with a focus in the retirement plan industry (401k, etc.)
• Licenses preferred: Series 6/7/63
• Microsoft Office (required), Salesforce.com (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive, customer focused attitude and demeanor with a desire to provide outstanding service.
• Work well in groups and have good problem-solving skills.
