Looking for an enthusiastic Account Executive to join a dynamic team of Retirement Services sales and service professionals.


  • Service and maintain an existing book of small to mid-sized Qualified Retirement Plans
  • Assist Sales Reps & Advisors
  • Provide proactive administrative support
  • Act as liaison between client and vendors to resolve issues and identify process improvement opportunities
  • Schedule client meetings
  • Create and prepare employee communication materials.
  • Attend client meetings, if necessary
  • Assist in the completion of meeting follow-up tasks
  • Keep the CRM system updated with client data/info
  • Participate in Team meetings
  • Work towards improving the processes and deliverables of the retirement services team
  • Coordinate timely input and updating of essential client/business data in the CRM system.
  • Onboard new clients
  • Willingness to deepen your understanding of the retirement services industry.


Job Requirements


(Minneapolis-St. Paul Metro)

  • 2+ years of Retirement Services experience working in client service or financial services
  • Professional industry designations ideal (or willingness to attain)
  • Collaborative team player
  • Excellent communication and time management skills to effectively service customers
  • Must be a polished self-starter with ability to multi-task
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to meet deadlines
  • Ability to occasionally travel to client sites, as needed
