RETIREMENT SERVICES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
(Dallas / Austin)
$80,000 - $130,000
Looking for an enthusiastic Account Executive to join a dynamic team of Retirement Services sales and service professionals.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Service and maintain an existing book of small to mid-sized Qualified Retirement Plans
- Assist with final sales presentations
- Annual Plan reviews
- Act as liaison between client and vendors to resolve issues and identify process improvement opportunities
- Schedule client meetings
- Consult on failed testing and plan design
- Consult on fee benchmarking and fund line-ups
- Consult on fund selection and fund performance
- Keep the CRM system updated with client data/info
- Participate in Team meetings
- Onboard new clients
- Willingness to deepen your understanding of the retirement services industry.

- 3+ years of Retirement Services client relationship management experience
- FINRA Series 65 or 66
- Professional industry designations ideal (or willingness to attain)
- Collaborative team player
- Excellent communication and time management skills to effectively service customers
- Must be a polished self-starter with ability to multi-task
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to meet deadlines
- Ability to occasionally travel to client sites, as needed
