Job Description
- Manage and service a book of small to mid-sized Qualified Retirement Plans
- Assist in the development and delivery of final sales presentations
- Conduct annual plan reviews of retirement plans
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and vendors, addressing issues and identifying opportunities for process improvements
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings
- Provide consultation on failed testing and plan design
- Offer expertise in fee benchmarking and fund line-ups
- Advise on fund selection and monitor fund performance
- Ensure the CRM system is consistently updated with accurate client information
- Participate in regular team meetings
- Assist with onboarding of new clients
- Demonstrate a commitment to expanding your knowledge of the retirement services industry

Job Requirements
Retirement Services Account Executive
(Dallas / Austin)
$80,000 - $130,000
- Minimum of 3 years in managing client relationships within Retirement Services
- Must have FINRA Series 65 or 66 certifications (may consider Series 6 or 7)
- Ideal candidates hold professional industry designations or demonstrate willingness to attain them
- Proven ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
- Outstanding communication and time management skills are essential for optimal customer service
- Highly self-motivated individual capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure deadlines are met
- Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites as required
