Salaried Financial Advisor / Retirement Plan Sales Consultant
Are you tired of commission? You obtained your FINRA licenses and exhausted your network to sell insurance and investment products to family and friends. Are you looking to become a specialist instead of a generalist?
This is a retirement sales position for a national firm with an absolutely defined career path that can lead into management. This role can also be for a Financial Advisor or Business to Business Sales Specialist to focus their specialty on the retirement plan market.
The right candidate for this role will be knowledgeable and passionate about selling retirement plan products to businesses within their territory. Your uncapped incentive compensation will be tied into the amount of assets gathered from the sales in your territory.

Job Requirements
This role requires
- Active and clean FINRA Series 6 and 63.
- Life and Health Licenses
- Past 401k and/or 403b plan sales experience.
- The skill to not only maintain our great relationships but bring in new business as well
- Regional Travel - You must be able to travel within and throughout your designated territory.
- Ideal Past Experience in: Retirement Plan sales, Business sales, Financial Sales.
- Proven track record of sales success.
COMPENSATION
- This is a W2 base salaried job with the ability to make uncapped commissions with excellent benefits including:
- Base Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 (possibly more)
- Uncapped incentive compensation program on top of the base compensation which is paid out quarterly
- 401k with a significant match as well as an additional company contribution
- Four weeks of PTO
- Position can lead into running your own regional office
- Car allowance pay out per month plus gas and mileage
