Salaried Financial Advisor / Retirement Plan Sales Consultant
Are you tired of commission? You obtained your FINRA licenses and exhausted your network to sell insurance and investment products to family and friends. Are you looking to become a specialist instead of a generalist?
This is a retirement sales position is for a local organization with a focus on selling retirement plan advisory services to businesses.
This role requires a FINRA Series 65 or 66 and the ability to travel regionally. The right candidate for this position will be knowledgeable and passionate about selling retirement plan products to businesses. This position has a base salary, benefits and an uncapped incentive compensation program that will be tied into the amount of plan revenue in brought in.
Compensation:
Base compensation: 60K-80K plus incentive compensation, benefits and equity potential.
