We have an exciting new role for an experienced Coatings Sales Engineer to join our leading manufacturing/ distribution team. This role will cover existing accounts and develop new business throughout the southern territory. Directly responsible for increasing sales within existing accounts, managing customer project/ trial plans, customer strategy calls, actively participate in industry marketing activities to increase brand awareness, work with the product development team, and be the commercial product portfolio knowledge support expert to our customers.

Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ of years of industrial sales experience within the Coatings marketplace
- Knowledge of coatings or chemicals or equipment used in Coatings markets
- Proven ability for technical selling and ability to prospect, commercialize and maintain accounts
- Possess strong entrepreneurial business acumen and a desire and ability to build brand awareness
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to clearly communicate to a variety of audiences including senior management, customers and co-workers
- Strong technical background and excellent organizational skills
- Self-motivated team player with exceptional people skills, hunter mentality, and a desire to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and lean environment
