Job Description
We're searching for a Senior Assistant! Ideal candidates will be versatile, excelling in Microsoft Office paired with outstanding organizational capabilities. This role will play a crucial part in supporting internal teams and providing direct assistance to the CEO. We're seeking an individual who is proactive, adept at managing administrative duties, event coordination, and hands-on tasks seamlessly.
Responsibilities
- Organize and supervise company meetings on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Manage the planning and execution of trade shows, events, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics and resource management for various events.
- Take a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and project execution.
- Identify and address challenges preemptively to ensure smooth task completion.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales and Marketing team and the CEO.
- Handle tasks such as presentation preparation, document creation, and general administrative duties.
- Display adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Office skills to craft impactful presentations, reports, and documents.
- Leverage technological tools to streamline project management and administrative functions.
- Manage point-of-sale inventory, ensuring accurate tracking, replenishment, and coordination with stakeholders.
- Implement efficient inventory control methods to minimize discrepancies and optimize stock levels. Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for the role, fostering a positive, collaborative work atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Associate degree with 3+ years of experience or a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years’ experience in a Senior Assistant or similar capacity.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Strong organizational and multitasking aptitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in event planning and coordination is advantageous.
