Job Description
Our client is a global chemical manufacturer that produces products in almost every industry. They currently seek a Senior Controls Engineer for their innovative, state of the art facility in northeast Missouri.

As a Senior Controls Engineer job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Program, develop, and maintain controls systems at the site
- Lead troubleshooting and training of automated systems
- Assist with de-bottlenecking and optimization of control systems
- Be a part of new automation projects, integration, and installations
- Ensure all necessary MOC documentation is kept current
Salary Range: $125,000/year - $150,000/year

Job Requirements
As a Senior Controls job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry – advanced degree is preferred but not required. May consider Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degrees with relevant chemical manufacturing experience
- 5+ years of process controls/automation experience
- Previous Delta V and/or DCS experience
- Experience working in a PSM-regulated facility
- Knowledge of automation security/cyber security is a plus
