Our client is a global manufacturer of additives for the automotive industry. They are in search of an experienced Process Controls Engineer to oversee their facility in the greater Pasadena area.
As a Process Controls Engineer job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Lead automation improvement opportunities
- Provide daily controls support to plant
- Support and contribute to capital projects
- Manage site automation and control networks
- Develop control initiatives to increase productivity
Salary Range: $135,000 - $145,000

Job Requirements
As a Process Controls Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS in Chemical Engineering preferred, may consider Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of controls experience in a chemical manufacturing environment
- Experience working with DCS systems
- Familiarity with implementing process changes, translating needs to code, or programming DCS
