Job Description

SENIOR DC ADMINISTRATOR

Looking to add and experienced Senior Retirement Plan Administrator with a minimum of five years of TPA industry experience to our team. You'll be responsible for administering 401(k), ESOPs, profit sharing, and 403(b) plans for small to medium-sized businesses. The role involves handling approximately 70-85 plans and requires expertise in non-discrimination testing, plan documents, tax forms, and more. If you're detail-oriented, independent, and ready to contribute to procedural improvements, we want you on our team!

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years Retirement Administration industry experience in a TPA
  • MUST have experience with ASC software
  • Should have experience with audit-sized plans
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or similar field
  • Proficiency in non-discrimination & compliance testing
  • Familiarity with tax forms (5500’s, 5330’s, 1099R’s)
  • Experience with plan implementation, conversions, and mergers/acquisitions
  • Knowledge of trust accounting and asset reconciliation
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Understanding of payroll contribution processing
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Positive attitude and team player mindset
  • Willingness to contribute to procedural changes
  • ASPPA designation(s) a plus (pursuit of designations/ongoing education will be supported)
