Our client is a global chemical manufacturer in the Channelview area and they are in search of an experienced Senior Design Engineer. This facility offers a 9/80 schedule and positive culture.
As a Senior Design Engineer job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Develop P&IDs, PFDs, mass and energy balances
- Provide improvements to product quality and lower costs
- Create project scopes and new plant designs
- Provide technical support and provide operational solutions
- Work with R&D for improvements and developments
- Travel up to 20% to assist other facilities
Salary Range: $130,000/year - $145,000/year

Job Requirements
As a Senior Design Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS in Chemical Engineering
- 7+ years of experience in a chemical manufacturing or engineering environment
- Experience developing P&IDs, PFDs, and mass balances
