Job Description

Base salary $100,000-$120,000

Join a growing manufacturing organization in a highly visible HR leadership role supporting multiple U.S. facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to partner with plant leadership, drive employee relations initiatives, and help shape talent and workforce strategies across a multi-site operation.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, chemical, paper, food processing, or similar environments preferred
  • Strong employee relations, investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution experience
  • Knowledge of employment law, FMLA, compliance, and workforce planning
  • Ability to travel approximately 30%
  • Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the HR Business Partner for multiple manufacturing facilities
  • Advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, and workforce matters
  • Lead workplace investigations and complex employee relations issues
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and talent development initiatives
  • Assist with succession planning and workforce planning strategies
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and safety requirements
  • Partner on FMLA administration, return-to-work programs, and employee accommodations
  • Support organizational change initiatives, HR training, and continuous improvement projects
  • Collaborate with plant leadership to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness
