Responsibilities for the Senior Maintenance Manager include: 

  • Driving continuous improvement efforts 
  • Initiating Root Cause Failure Analysis of failed equipment  
  • Overseeing workflow for all maintenance activities including repairs, maintenance and installation of equipment, and building and grounds maintenance 
  • Developing and implementing safety training and development activities for personnel 
  • Ensuring the execution of the mechanical integrity and preventive maintenance programs 

Job Requirements

Requirements for the Senior Maintenance Manager include: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Master’s degree preferred 
  • At least 10 years of industrial maintenance experience 
  • 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience 
  • Proven understanding of reliability improvement methods 
  • Proven project management experience from concept to execution 
  • Thorough understanding of maintenance repair and installation standards, codes, and specs 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills
