Job Description
Our client is a leader in specialty polymer products used in multiple different industries. They currently seek a Senior Process Engineer to join their facility in the Chicago suburbs. This position offers promotion opportunity to Plant Management.

As a Senior Process Engineer job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Offer technical knowledge to contribute to production development
- Recognize and lead opportunities for improvement projects
- Manage site PSM program and procedures
- Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions
- Troubleshoot Delta V issues
- Manage and develop team of engineers
Salary Range: $130,000 - $140,000 + bonus

Job Requirements
As a Senior Process Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS in Chemical Engineering
- 8+ years of experience in a process/production role out of chemical manufacturing
- Previous R&D scale up, project management, quality, and troubleshooting experience
- Experience in a PSM-regulated facility
- Previous Delta V experience
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies is ideal
