Our client is currently looking for a hands-on Senior Process Engineer for their facility in the greater Newfields, NH area.
As the Senior Process Engineer responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Provide day-to-day operation support and troubleshooting
- Identify areas of improvement and process and product optimization
- Adhere to all site EHS standards and practices
- Ensure customer satisfaction from creation through production
- Manage documentation for production processes and materials
Salary Range: $105,000/year - $125,000/year

Job Requirements
As the Senior Process Engineer requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
- 3+ years of experience working as a Process and/or Continuous Improvement Engineer in a manufacturing environment
- Experience identifying areas of improvement
- Previous rubber molding experience such silicone, SBR, Nitrile, Fluorocarbon, HNBR, and others
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
