Silanes Sales Director, North America
Ground floor opportunity to grow a business! An international manufacturer with existing business in the USA, is looking to add a Sales Account NBD Manager/Director to grow sales in North America. Bring your experiences to make a significant impact!! This remote role will work closely with customers in Rubber, Tires, Composites, Adhesives, Paint and Coatings, and more!
- Will be responsible for leading New Business Development and securing new customers in North America
- Travel as need to meet with and give presentations to potential customers for Tire Manufacturers, Rubber Processing, Coatings, Adhesives, and Composite Materials Manufacturers
- Represent the company ats Trade Shows and Industry meetings in North America
- Liaison with Sales Director in Shanghai, and work cooperatively with their EU office to leverage relationships, and close new business
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers and with their largest customer here in the USA
- Report writing and team communication of leads, follow ups, trials, and sales contract closures
- Work in conjunction with Sales Director to set pricing strategies, and timeframes for manufacturing

Job Requirements
Technical Qualifications:
- BS Chem/MBA with direct experience selling chemical coupling agents, or additives into the Tire, Rubber, Paint and Coatings, and Adhesives manufacturers
