Sr Maintenance Manager
Job Description
The Senior Maintenance Manager will have a strong commitment to environmental protection, site safety, and sustainable operations.
Leads continuous improvement efforts across all facility, utility, and maintenance services
Leads root cause failure analysis investigations for safety incidents and equipment breakdowns.
Directs the daily workload and assignments for all technical and maintenance disciplines.
Coordinates repairs, installations, and upkeep for buildings, grounds, and plant assets.
Manages the detailed planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive maintenance tasks.
Partners with the operations manager to prioritize repair requests and operational needs.
Tracks, measures, and reports key maintenance metrics to find areas for operational improvement.
Controls the complete financial budget for all on-site maintenance programs.
Handles labor relations, grievance meetings, and union discussions to resolve issues.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree required Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering preferred.
10 or more years of industrial maintenance experience with 5 or more years of experience leading an industrial maintenance organization
Reliability Improvement technologies, methodologies, and analysis
Use of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Industrial safety with emphasis on life critical procedures such as Lock Out/Tag Out, Line Entry, Confined Space, and Hot Work
Powerhouse, utilities, and plant infrastructure management
Extensive Project Management - Concept to Execution
Industrial Maintenance repair and installation standards, codes, guidelines, and specifications
