A growing wealth management / benefits brokerage firm is looking to add a new business team member to be a cornerstone of their organization. This company has a national presence but a very local feel. Due to the nature of this role and the importance of this hire, various lucrative incentives have been put in place for the right hire. This position will be focusing on direct to business regional retirement plan advisory sales. This person should have a great network of intermediaries within the industry in order to push the new business agenda forward. This individual will have the opportunity to work with current clients in order to cross sell the retirement plan advisory services as well as accrue new business through their own efforts.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of retirement plan advisory sales experience
- Georgia and/or southeast regional network
- Ideally, someone who comes from a benefits brokerage firm or wealth management organization
- Past track record of direct to business retirement plan sales
- FINRA Series 65 or 66
Compensation:
First-year guarantee of $125,000 to $175,000 plus creative incentive compensation and bonuses along with full benefits
