Sr Analyst (hybrid)

The Sr Digital Media Analyst will play a critical role in helping make data-driven decisions by analyzing and interpreting website and campaign performance metrics. This individual will be responsible for setting up and managing tracking and reporting systems, analyzing data to identify trends and insights, and providing actionable recommendations to improve online engagement and conversion rates. The person will prepare campaign results, create data visualizations, and present insights and findings to colleagues and clients. Coordinate monthly, bi-weekly, and weekly reports with the internal account teams with highly accurate data and in-depth insights.
- 2-3+ years of experience in digital analytics, preferably from within a media agency setting
- Experience maintaining dashboards to meet business needs and provide strategic optimization recommendations
- Experience with using or analyzing data from DMPs and DSPs
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager , and Google Data Studio
- Knowledge of visualization tools like Google Studio, Dataroma, Tableau, Power BI.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively share insights with account teams and support in client presentation
- Bachelor’s degree; Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Statistics or Computer Science major preferred
