Sr. HR Generalist - Manufacturing
Job Description
- Interviews employees and discusses personnel, human relations and work related problems that adversely affect morale, health and productivity.
- Evaluates and resolves human relations and work related problems and meets with management to determine appropriate action.
- Monitors and implements measures which decrease workplace dissatisfaction and improve overall employee morale.
- Maintains strong employee and community relations.
- Performs plant walk-through, reviews corrective actions, meets with management team to set direction and solve issues when appropriate.
- Makes certain employee’s voice is heard and understood by management team.
- Serve as primary recruiter for exempt level openings as well as assist with non-exempt openings
- Assist as backup for employee benefits and leave of absence cases
- Ensures mutual respect and diversity efforts are properly implemented.
- Ensures fairness and consistency of all company policies and corrective actions.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Management, or broad specialized knowledge equivalent to such degree.
- 3-5 years experience in a Human Relations realted role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong consultative, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proficient in all MS Office applications.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
