Title: Sr. Media Planner

Location: Chicago, IL (hybrid role, in office 4 days a week)

Job Description:

Our client, a full service creative agency is hiring for a Sr. Media Planner. The Sr. Media Planner will be responsible for developing and executing integrated media plans for clients of the agency, with a focus on digital media. This includes conducting market research, identifying target audiences, developing media strategies, and negotiating media placements. The Sr. Media Planner will work closely with the account team, creative team, and clients to ensure that media efforts are aligned with overall marketing goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and identify target audiences for media campaigns
  • Develop integrated media plans, including digital media strategies
  • Negotiate media placements and secure media partnerships
  • Analyze and report on campaign results, including ROI and key performance indicators
  • Work closely with the account team, creative team, and clients to ensure that media efforts are aligned with overall marketing goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in media planning and digital media

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in media planning, with a focus on digital media
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform media decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in media planning and buying tools such as Nielsen, comScore, and Google Analytics
  • Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
