Business development and business improvement across the SBU and functional matrix that will impact the ROCE metrics through the Americas Leadership Council (ALC) group. Support the Americas Business Development Leader to deliver external (‘inorganic’) growth opportunities for the AMR Region SBUs in line with the regional strategy, facilitating idea generation & executing/closing of projects in the areas of portfolio optimization & expansion, asset optimization, vertical integration, New Journey regional synergies & knowledge management in the assigned geography. Also facilitate some ALC processes, including data collection and analysis for the annual 5Y Growth Strategy Plan, quarterly ALC Strategic meetings, Regional QPR, ALC Operating Committee and ALC monthly pulse calls and New Journey meetings.
- BS/BA/MS Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive finance, business, commercial or business development experience.
- Minimum 10 years of finance/business/commercial leadership, special project experience.
- Experience with SAP
- Must work out of our offices in Houston, TX but we will relocate the right candidate
