Job Description

Established regional CPA firm seeking Tax Managers with 5+ years of high-net-worth individual tax experience in public accounting. Experience with estate planning implementation via trusts is a strong plus for our larger individual clients. CPA license is required.

Primary responsibilities include reviewing complex returns as well as planning, projection and compliance projects. You will be responsible for providing thoughtful feedback to preparers and initial reviewers, corresponding with clients, and managing overall projects. Mentoring team members and transferring knowledge to those learning under you is highly valued by the Firm.

The firm has multiple offices in The Bay Area. This position can be based in any of those offices or be fully remote from outside the Bay Area.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of public accounting experience serving complex ultra-high net worth individuals
  • CPA licensed
  • Bachelor's and/or master’s degree with an emphasis in accounting/taxation
  • Experience training and developing staff
  • Passionate professional who understands the value of developing others
