PUBLIC ACCOUNTING
TAX MANAGER
HYBRID SCHEDULE
Managers:
- Work with Partners to coach and lead the team
- Management of engagements
- Client communications
- Develop relationships with clients
- Retain relationships with new and existing clients
- Promote additional service to clients as needed
- Knowledge and understanding of specialized industry(s)
- Manage and monitor preparations and reviews of returns
- Promote work/life balance to members on team
- Reviewing Senior and Staff work
- Work with Partners on building new business
Job Requirements
Managers:
- Bachelors in Accounting, Master’s preferred
- CPA required
- 6+ years of tax experience in a public accounting firm
- Coming from a public accounting firm
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management, organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong project management and delegation skills
- Must have reviewing experience
