Position Overview

The successful candidate will manage a variety of tax engagements, provide technical guidance to team members, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients. This role combines technical tax expertise, client relationship management, and team leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster strong internal relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Deliver exceptional client service and maintain trusted client relationships.
• Support the financial and operational success of client organizations.
• Manage the preparation and review of a variety of tax returns, including individual, partnership, S corporation, and other business entity returns.
• Conduct tax research and develop solutions for complex or unique tax matters.
• Provide guidance, oversight, and development opportunities to team members.
• Train, coach, and support staff in achieving their professional goals.
• Mentor team members as they progress in their careers.
• Participate in business development initiatives and support firm growth efforts.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and connect clients with additional resources and subject-matter experts.
• Engage in community and professional activities that support organizational and client success.

• 6+ years of tax experience in public accounting and/or industry environments.
• Active CPA license required; advanced tax-related degree or specialization preferred.
• Strong client service, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Ability to develop practical and innovative solutions to complex business and tax challenges.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing team members to achieve their full potential.
