How You'll Make an Impact:
We are partnering with a Top 100 accounting firm in the area to fill this Tax Manager opportunity.
- Managing and reviewing tax returns for corporations, partnerships, S corporations, and individuals
- Providing proactive tax planning and consulting services to clients
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships through year-round advisory support
- Researching complex tax issues and communicating practical solutions
- Identifying opportunities to improve client tax positions and enhance firm services
- Leading and mentoring associates, helping them grow professionally
- Collaborating with leaders on practice development and client growth initiatives

Job Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant tax experience in public accounting or industry
- CPA license required; MST a plus
- Experience reviewing complex business and individual tax returns
- Outstanding client service and communication skills
- Desire to develop unique business solutions in a team-based environment
- Passion for coaching others to higher levels of performance
- Enthusiasm for recognizing and rewarding great work by those around you
- Commitment to continuous learning and development
