Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review federal and multi-state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S-corps, and corporations
- Research technical tax issues and draft clear memos and client communications
- Support tax planning and projection work throughout the year, not just at filing deadlines
- Manage multiple client engagements and deadlines simultaneously
- Review work of Tax Associates and provide constructive feedback
- Build and maintain direct client relationships, serving as a trusted point of contact
- Stay current on tax law changes and assess client impact

Job Requirements
What You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; CPA or actively pursuing preferred
- 3–5 years of progressive tax experience, ideally in public accounting
- Strong technical knowledge across individual, partnership, and corporate tax
- Experience with tax software (CCH Axcess, ProSystem fx, or similar)
- Ability to manage competing deadlines with strong attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
