Calling all Tax Seniors and Tax Managers!!

Our clients in the Chicagoland area within public accounting are in search for Seniors and Managers.

Want to earn as much money as possible in your career?? Well public accounting is the way to do it. 

Want to have a work/life balance?? Public accounting can offer this now a days. Industry is not 40 hours a week any more. 

Duties:

Senior:

• Commitment to helping grow staff and interns
• Preparing taxes
• Reviewing work of interns and staff
• Engaging with clients
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Meets time constraints
• Participants in planning and scheduling with clients

Managers:

• Work with Partners to coach and lead the team
• Management of engagements
• Client communications
• Develop relationships with clients
• Retain relationships with new and existing clients
• Promote additional service to clients as needed
• Knowledge and understanding of specialized industry(s)
• Manage and monitor preparations and reviews of returns
• Promote work/life balance to members on team
• Reviewing Senior and Staff work
• Work with Partners on building new business

 Your resume must show:

• 2+ years experience in a public accounting firm
• 2 busy seasons minimum
• CPA or in the process
• Bachelors in Accounting or related field
