Our client is a global leader in specialty grade products used in multiple different industries. They are in search of a Technical Process Engineer to add to their team at their plant just outside of Trenton, NJ. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working cross-functionally with the ability to give presentations as needed.
As a Process Engineer job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Manage manufacturing processes to scale up new products
- Identify, analyze, and test manufacturing processes for improvements and optimization
- Work cross-functionally to develop and test new projects, products, and processes
- Develop and implement company safety procedures
Salary Range: $95,000/year - $100,000/year

Job Requirements
As a Process Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS in Chemical Engineering preferred; may consider other engineering degrees or relevant science degrees with a strong background in process manufacturing
- 3+ years of in-plant manufacturing experience (out of chemicals, food, or pharmaceuticals)
- Experience with batch and/or continuous manufacturing
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Full-scale manufacturing experience is a must
- Ability to travel as needed (25%)
