Our client is a global producer of agricultural products. They are currently in search of an engineer to join their group of Technical Service Engineers at their facility on coast of North Carolina. This Technical Service Engineer will be providing technical support to operations, working with customers to assist with product requests, and manage longer term improvement projects within the plant.
The facility is within ease of commuting to surrounding urban areas. To the west is the Research Triangle Park which is surrounded by Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill, all with extensive availability of outdoor activities (hunting/fishing/hiking/boating).
As a Technical Services Engineer job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Manage engineering projects from design to implementation
- Work cross-functionally to ensure budget, safety, and quality requirements are met
- Develop improvement processes to optimize efficiency, systems, and procedures
- Utilize engineering and scientific knowledge for research programs, product development, and manufacturing processes
- Prepare and maintain any relevant documentation and records
- Work with customers on product analysis and modifications
Salary Range: $105,000/year - $108,000/year

Job Requirements
As a Technical Services Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS in Chemical Engineering
- 6+ years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment
- Experience with process optimization/improvement
- Previous experience working with Solids
- Previous experience in a PSM-regulated facility is ideal
