Role Overview

The Transaction Advisory Analyst supports mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions by providing financial analysis, due diligence, and deal execution support. This role involves deep exposure to financial statements, business performance drivers, and transaction structures, working closely with senior team members and clients throughout the deal lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions, including analysis of historical and projected financial information

  • Analyze quality of earnings, working capital, net debt, cash flows, and key performance metrics

  • Assist in identifying deal risks, value drivers, and potential purchase price adjustments

  • Prepare client-ready deliverables, including diligence reports, financial models, and presentations

  • Support transaction execution activities such as data room reviews, management calls, and client meetings

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tax, valuation, legal, and external advisors)

  • Conduct industry and company-specific research to support transaction insights

  • Maintain organized documentation and adhere to project timelines and quality standards

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field

      • 0–3 years of experience in transaction advisory, audit, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance

      • Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting fundamentals

      • Proficiency in Excel; experience with financial modeling is a plus

      • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills

      • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
