TRANSACTION ADVISORY SERVICES SENIOR/SUPERVISOR
HOME OFFICE: CHICAGOLAND
CAN BE REMOTE IF OUTSIDE CHICAGO
- Actively participate in Buy/Sell side transactions
- Financial due diligence
- Analyze target data to be able to project trends
- Mergers and Acquisitions engagements
- Participate in solutions to risks to transactions
- Work with clients and their lawyers and bankers
- Help in the growth of the staff team
- Train

Job Requirements
Your resume must show:
- 3-5 years withinTAS position currently
- Financial due diligence
- Mergers and Acquisitions
- Buy AND Sell side
- Bachelors in Accounting/Finance
