Job Description
We are currently seeking a Transaction Services Senior to join our firm. You will work with our M&A team providing transaction services to our clients in the manufacturing and distribution sector but also a breadth of other industries. The ideal candidate has very good accounting knowledge, is eager to learn, can work under pressure and can handle concurrent projects.
Our Management Advisory Services Division focuses in Transaction Services, Valuation Services, and Management Consulting. Our team is passionate about helping owners, management teams and investors navigate business and transactional environments. We assist in buy- and sell-side transactional due diligence, improvements to the business’s profitability, and capital markets guidance to maximize proceeds from and minimize the costs of a transaction.
Working closely with buyers and sellers as they plan, structure and execute their deals, our seasoned Transaction Services team knows where to look for potential opportunities and pitfalls in any situation — from a single-location owner-operated business to a complex corporate carve-out.
Every transaction has tax implications and we’re seeking talented individuals with broad industry experience and knowledge to join our team and to serve our clients. This position will provide tax support to our Transaction Services team as well as be a technical resource to the tax department.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting from an accredited college/university
- Excellent professional writing skills (English)
- Strong proficiency of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- 2-3 of experience in any one of the following: accounting, audit, advisory, transaction and M&A services
- Knowledge in Group Accounting and Business Combinations rules
