Responsibilities:
- Own Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Financial Reports for Plants
- Business Partner with SVP of Operations and working with him/her to analyze plant performance
- Assess day-to-day functions of plants finance(Forecasting, Budgeting, variance analysis, costing, internal controls, cycle counts etc.,)
- Report out on potential cost savings for Plants
- Prioritize KPI for financial and operational performance and assess root causes
Job Requirements
Must Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance and CPA/MBA preferred
- 35-50% travel to manufacturing plants
- Responsible for owning all Financial/Accounting P&L's for multiple plants
- Manufacturing Experience Required
- SAP experience preferred
