  • Assist Wealth Operations Director with overseeing the onboarding of all new Wealth Accounts.
  • Audit and oversee Wealth Management workflow processes.
  • Work with internal service team, advisors, and other internal departments to improve quality and productivity.
  • Assist in special ad-hoc projects as needed.
  • Project management.
  • This role will eventually grow to manage a team of onboarding specialists.




  • 3+ years experience working in investment advisory - ideally wealth management (HNW & UHNW).
  • Dynamic team player capable of building a strong, collaborative relationship with the Director of Wealth Operations.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and vision in managing projects or initiatives.
  • Smart, patient & confident. Positive attitude!
  • Ability to handle a rapidly growing, fluid environment.
  • Well organized with strong attention to detail; maintains detailed notes and records.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.  
  • Position requires familiarity with aspects for brokerage/investment advisory operations.
  • Ideal candidate will have FINRA licensing (or will have the opportunity to obtain within 90 days of hire).
