Compensation: $130,000.00 - $175,000.00
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wealth Manager to join our team. As a Wealth Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning and investment management services to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and help them achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for client relationship retention through understanding their financial goals and providing tailored wealth management solutions.
- Lead client meetings to identify complex issues and offer creative solutions to help clients achieve their goals.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis and develop personalized strategies to address clients' financial objectives.
- Create personalized financial plans based on clients' risk tolerance, time horizon, and financial objectives.
- Implement investment strategies and monitor client portfolios to optimize performance and manage risk effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and up-to-date advice to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication regarding investment performance, planning strategies, and reviews.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- FINRA 7 & 66 required.
- CFP, CFA preferred.
